Larry Shapiro
Larry Shapiro has a successful 20+ year track record of managing and producing creative in all forms of media and pioneering the convergence between digital talent and traditional Hollywood. As CEO of The Creator Society, Larry helps drive the vision of the company while managing talent, helping them build franchises across all media including books, TV and merchandise lines. Larry has packaged and brokered book deals for Shari Franke and Laura Clery, both whose books became NYT's Best Sellers for Simon & Schuster.     In TV, Larry has executed deals for clients with Hulu, Warner/Discovery, Hallmark, HLN and HGTV.  On the brand side, Larry has worked with brands such as FedEx, Ford, Lexus, Gillette, Keeps, Kiwi Co and more.  Prior to producing these projects, Larry was SVP of Talent for Fullscreen a leading MCN. There, Larry helped shape and grow Fullscreen’s top tier talent. While at Fullscreen, Larry created their first live event IntTour proving the model for Fullscreen to enter into the live touring business.  In 2000, Larry created and operated the industry’s first and leading Games Division for Creative Artists Agency (CAA). During his tenure at CAA, Larry conceived of and brokered innovative and successful entertainment deals for, among others, Jerry Bruckheimer, Will Wright, Halo, Gears of War, Valve and Guitar Hero where he helped broker the sale of the company Harmonix to Viacom for $250M. Larry has received an Emmy Nomination as a Television producer for “Brian Wilson: I Just Wasn’t Made For These Times,” an Emmy win for his participation in the Interactive Series “Dirty Work” as well as a Grammy Nomination producing the music film “Forever Is a Long Long Time” for Record Producer/Director Don Was.

Under her guidance, the company built seamless, data-driven strategies for renowned creators such as Ash and Em, and Magen Reaves, establishing a reputation for delivering both community connection and measurable business growth. The success and momentum of 2 Social Co ultimately led to a strategic merger with Ensemble Digital Studios, forming The Creator Society. This merger combined the strengths of both companies to offer creators unprecedented resources, innovation, and partnership opportunities at scale. At The Creator Society, Natalie continues to drive forward-thinking strategy by championing data-driven decisions and pioneering new approaches to influencer and affiliate marketing. Sarah’s journey into content creation and social media began in 2015, when she fell in love with the art of building beautiful, meaningful content. Jennifer Lambert
Jennifer Lambert is a business owner and financial operations professional who enjoys helping growing companies stay organized and steady behind the scenes. Originally from Michigan, she moved to Texas in 1989 to attend Texas Tech University, where she earned both her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master’s degree in Accounting in 1993. She now serves as Chief Financial Officer of The Creator Society, where she manages day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and budgeting. Jennifer focuses on making financial information understandable and useful so creative teams and founders can make confident decisions without feeling overwhelmed by numbers. In addition to her work with TCS, Jennifer owns 7916 Holdings LLC, operating a Squeegee Squad franchise serving Dallas, Lubbock, and Amarillo, and also provides bookkeeping and financial support services to small businesses. Having spent years on both sides of business ownership, she understands the realities and pressures entrepreneurs experience and enjoys helping bring clarity and structure to the financial side of their work. Outside of her professional roles, Jennifer has a lifelong commitment to animal welfare. For more than 30 years she has been involved in rescue as a foster and volunteer, and for over 15 years has served as Treasurer of the South Plains SPCA, combining hands-on care with financial stewardship. In 2012, she co-founded a physician-led weight loss clinic with the help of two very young future entrepreneurs...who also happen to be two of her favorite people...a project that sparked a shared interest in business that continues today. Jennifer values consistency, communication, and relationships. She prefers working quietly behind the scenes so others can focus on what they do best. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family, cheering on Texas Tech, and finding peace during her downtime at her Airbnb in the mountains of Ruidoso, New Mexico.
